Wheat Dried Malt (22.68kg)
Use Wheat Dried Malt in any Wheat Beer to accentuate the mouthfeel & texture that Wheat Beer's are synonymous with.
Dissolve in fermenter with 2L hot water per kg, make your beer as normal.
If adding hops, mix wheat malt and hop sachet with 2L of water in a pot. Bring to the boil for 1 minute, remove from heat and leave stand for 10 minutes. Pour into fermenter and make beer as normal.
