Special W Malt is the Weyermann version of Special B Malt. Dark-brown, slightly aromatic kernels. Contributes dark-amber to deep-coppery color to used in wide range of Belgian beers. Very intense, complex, mild, caramel flavor; bread crust. Use at a rate of up to 30%.
