Gladfield Mild Peat Smoked is distillers malt smoked with 100% New Zealand peat. Adds a unique, mild peaty taste to whiskies and beers.
Great in Scotch Ales, Porters, Stouts, Dark Ales, or Single Malt Whiskey.
Use between 5% and 25%.
