Coopers DIY Beer Irish Stout is an authentic recipe containing a blend of malted barley, roasted barley, flaked barley and hops. The pour will exhibit a turbulent, cascading tan foaming action. Eventually, this settles into a creamy beige coloured head that rests atop the beer.
A specifically selected 7g Coopers Yeast is supplied with this Brewing Extract.
Recommended to be brewerd with a Malt Blend 2, but can be used with 1kg Light Dried Malt, Malt Blend or Body Blend.
