Blue Lake - Flaked Wheat

Unmalted wheat is a common ingredient in wheat beers, including: American Wheat, Bavarian Weisse, and is essential to Belgian Lambic and Wit. Flaked wheat adds more wheat flavor "sharpness" than malted wheat. Must be mashed with base malt.
