Black Rock Whispering Wheat is a golden wheat beer with a fruity flavour. This refreshing, lively beer has been brewed with 52.8% New Zealand wheat and 47.2% pilsner malt.
 
NZ Green Bullet and Pacific Gem hops are added at the boil to provide a moderate bitterness to this concentrated brewery wort.
 
Brew with 1kg Dextrose/Wheat Blend for a classic Wheat beer finish.
 
For more body and colour use Wheat Liquid Malt Extract instead of sugar.
