Black Rock Pilsener Blonde is a blonde coloured, classic European Pilsner with a clean, fresh finish.  
 
Brew with 1kg Dextrose/Body Blend for a crisp finish.
 
For more body, colour and malt flavour use 1kg Malt Blend or Light Liquid Malt Extract instead of sugar.

Malts Used: 100% Pilsner Malt Base
Hops, bittering: Green Bullet, Pacific Gem
ABV: 4.5% (approx. using 1kg of Brewing Sugar)
