Black Rock Nut Brown Ale

Black Rock Nut Brown Ale is a malty, amber coloured beer with a balanced harmony of Crystal and Black malt and hops to create a full-bodied, malt accented flavour.
 
Brew with 1kg Dextrose/Malt Blend for a crisper finish.
 
For more body, colour and malt flavour use Amber Liquid Malt Extract instead of sugar.

Malts Used: 94.3% Lager, 2.8% Crystal, 2.8% Black Malt
Hops, bittering: Green Bullet, Pacific Gem
ABV: 4.5% (approx. using 1kg of Brewing Sugar)
